Witch Shinobu

This came out surprisingly well! I was doing my best to mimic the anime style from the Monogatari Series. I made this for my husband because: I really needed to make him a new icon(the previous one is at least 10 years old) and his absolute favorite character is Shinobu and he also loves Akko from Little Witch Academia. So I thought I would combine them both! ♥
